The Move 2023 show

The 4th MOVE Expo real estate show will open its doors at the Cloche d'Or shopping center from September 29 to October 7.

Promobe & Nextensa are organizing this event in the heart of one of their emblematic real estate projects: the Cloche d'Or district. A week of continuous presence, allowing everyone to discover the real estate programs currently on the market.

Le Move at the heart of its neighborhood and projects

The Weierbach project, just a few metres from the shopping center, is already a resounding success, with over 60% of apartments already sold. The appeal of the area is as strong as ever, which is excellent news, and the next deliveries are already scheduled for the last quarter of 2024.

MOVE will also be an opportunity to continue marketing neighborhoods on the outskirts of Luxembourg City, notably in Bertrange with the Pourpelt district (www.pourpelt.lu), where a number of houses and apartments are available for sale.

The Move and its new features

Last but not least, an exclusive presentation of a new development. The marketing of the group's latest real estate project will be launched! What's it called? Woodgarden, the new housing estate just a stone's throw from the CHL, on Rue des Primeurs in Strassen.

The 15 houses and 124 apartments will offer breathtaking views of the Bambesch forest. Delicately set on a promontory overlooking the Rue de Reckenthal, this new development has been designed by several renowned architectural firms to ensure diversity while maintaining a beautiful overall harmony.

Throughout the week, visitors will be welcomed by advisors from the exclusive Axento & Impakt agencies, who will be delighted to make contact and offer advice to both investors and future residents.

For professionals, the offices currently under construction on the Cloche d'Or will also be documented and can be presented on this occasion.
