The Cloche d'or district is undergoing considerable expansion, with a significant increase in the resident and working population following the development of housing, offices and new educational and commercial establishments.
Gasperich Park, biodiversity in the city
The Parc de Gasperich development guarantees local residents & visitors access to large green spaces, a modern & multifunctional leisure area with a strong emphasis on biodiversity.
This huge park, with a total surface area of over 16 hectares, is the largest park in Luxembourg City!
It offers green zones for relaxation and rejuvenation, as well as countless facilities for outdoor activities in a verdant setting easily accessible by public transport, on foot or by bike.
Gasperich Park, a veritable green lung!
The new park has been designed to offer playgrounds and sports fields, but also meeting places and quieter areas. The Drosbach River, with its alluvial forest, links these different zones and creates a landscaped setting close to nature. Paths allow you to cross all the zones, and some passages are on stilts for a closer look at the wilder areas.
Le Parc de Gasperich, a brewery?
Planned in a south-facing glass and metal building, this brewery will retain its urban architectural character, offering everyone an unobstructed view of the park and its large playground.
