#BHP2024

GROSSFELD, the joint venture between PROMOBE & Nextensa, won two awards at the ceremony organized by OAI - Ordre des Architectes et des Ingénieurs-Conseils, held at the Philharmonie de Luxembourg on Monday June 10.

Placed under the High Patronage of His Royal Highness the Grand Duke, this prize is awarded every four years to private or public project owners who, through a successful project, have succeeded in showcasing quality architecture, engineering and urban planning.

Building on the success of the first six editions and growing public interest, the OAI - Ordre des Architectes et des Ingénieurs-Conseils is launching its seventh Bauhärepräis to recognize projects in which the "owner/designer" pairing has expressed itself in a particularly fruitful way.

The two prizes are: the Jury's Mention and the Public's Grand Prize for respectively the Bronze Gate (5,469 m²), a so-called administrative (office) building located opposite the shopping center and whose occupants are atHomeGroup, CMS de Backer & the Aster residence (70 apartments) located just opposite the Parc de Gasperich, Luxembourg City's largest park.

Our warmest thanks to the architectural firms:
BRONZE GATE: Paul Bretz Architectes S.a R.l.
RESIDENCE ASTER: architecture + aménagement s.a.
