Located in the Zenith Towers, just above the Cloche d'Or shopping center, Kieser Luxembourg is the only Kieser center in the Grand Duchy.

A Swiss method
The Kieser Method was developed in the 1960s by Werner Kieser, a former Swiss boxer who was convinced that muscular strength was the key to good health. He created a revolutionary concept for the time: simple, supervised, effective muscle training based on biomechanics, scientific research and pain prevention.
Today, Kieser has over 170 centers worldwide, and its method is recognized for its positive effects on posture, back, joints and muscle aging.
