Grossfeld, a joint venture between Promobe and Nextensa, announces the arrival of the Lombard Odier banking group in the Terraces building. Strategically located at the corner of Boulevard Kockelscheuer and Rue Mercator, this new architectural landmark with its elegant, contemporary design will be delivered in April 2027.
The embodiment of modernity, this new building will blend seamlessly into an exceptional urban ecosystem combining luxury residences, shops, medical facilities, and green spaces. With Lombard Odier, Cloche d'Or confirms its status as a new financial hub, strengthening Luxembourg's Central Business District (CBD).
A strategic neighborhood that combines accessibility and quality of life
The Cloche d'Or district is an ideal living environment for businesses and residents alike. It was designed according to the principles of New Urban Living, an integrated approach to urban development that combines energy efficiency, mixed use, and quality of life. It has been awarded DGNB Platinum certification, one of the most demanding standards for sustainable urban planning in Europe. The presence of a large urban park, an ecological corridor connecting the surrounding natural spaces, and a perfectly coherent soft mobility network make Cloche d'Or a pleasant neighborhood to live in and accessible to all, while respecting the environment.
Lombard Odier chooses the Cloche d’Or
The Lombard Odier Group, a leading global wealth and asset manager, has been present in the Grand Duchy since 2010. In search of a new building to support its long-term development, Lombard Odier has chosen to set up in the capital's up-and-coming district and is delighted to be moving to a building on a human scale, in line with the Group's values of proximity and excellence, as part of a partnership based on trust and long-term commitment. Committed to providing its employees with a first-class working environment tailored to its specific needs and meeting the highest sustainability standards, the Lombard Odier Group will be the sole occupant of the Terraces building.
An elegant building that stands out from the crowd
Designed by architect Moreno, the Terraces building stands out for its architecture based on a structure composed of a series of protruding landscaped terraces. Terraces offers impressive views across its six levels. This architectural design harmoniously combines modernity and nature, integrating green spaces into a modern and adapted working environment. These terraces not only reinforce the building's visual identity, but also serve as functional outdoor spaces, fostering a strong connection between occupants.
A forward-looking office building
The Terraces building offers premium office space spread over six floors, complemented by technical facilities on the roof. With a total surface area of 4,900 m², it is BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Core Gold certified. The building is designed to adapt to different configurations, ensuring a dynamic and forward-looking environment that can evolve according to the needs of its occupants. It has a single basement level with 28 parking spaces, bicycle parking spaces with changing rooms, archive rooms, and technical rooms.
