"We've been living in the neighborhood since November 2020. The apartment we occupy was chosen 3 years before the work was completed.
The offer available at the time enabled us to choose an apartment with a splendid view of the future park, the opening of which I'm looking forward to*.
Although we very much appreciate the urban environment in which we live, with all the facilities it provides, it was essential to have a corner of nature nearby to enjoy the great outdoors. Our apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, and the elevator and underground parking lot are real plus points.
The advantages are many, starting with easy access to the main shops and services. The shopping center is perfect for shopping or simply browsing. Restaurants are plentiful and the choice varied. Imagine that on a Sunday morning, you're in the mood for some excellent fresh fish for lunch. It's possible at La Cloche d'Or! But the same goes for meat or an Asian specialty. In fact, we're spoilt for choice! It's a quick 250-meter walk from home to indulge yourself.
In terms of nature, while we wait for the park* to open, we're enjoying the Kockelscheuer forest, which is very close by. Another advantage is the quick access to the main public transport links. In short, we've never regretted our choice, as the comfortable living environment makes our daily lives so much more enjoyable.
