The ideal neighborhood for a fulfilling working life, where top-of-the-range luxury blends harmoniously with the latest technological advances.

La Cloche d'Or, a neighborhood that embodies pleasantness, warmth and functionality, according to Alessandro S., 36, owner of a two-room apartment.

"I bought my first apartment in 2016, but recently sold it to buy a larger one, still in the neighborhood. I have to admit that their very high standing makes them particularly pleasant to live in, they're welcoming and warm. The amenities are top-of-the-range, with state-of-the-art technology and innovation. There are many reasons why I feel comfortable here. I appreciate the combination of local services and easy access to the city. The experience for residents is particularly interesting, because you can mix all kinds of activities while reducing your travel time.

I work in Kirchberg, but again, that's not a problem, because in terms of mobility, living in this district offers great possibilities in terms of public transport, and access to the freeway is very close if you have to use your car. Of course, I'm looking forward to the arrival of the tram*, which will make it even easier for me to get to work. At the moment, I get there by bus or car.

Editor's note: *The streetcar is slowly approaching the Cloche d'Or district. It will be a reality by early 2024. The new 3.7 km "Tronçon D" section, linking the Lycée Bouneweg to the Cloche d'Or, will serve 5 new stations: "Scillas", "Howald Gare", "Lycée Vauban", "Wassertuerm" and "Stadion".

Among the new 5 stations, 2 interchanges will be located at Howald Gare and Stadion stations.
