In September, the B&B HOTELS group opened its very first establishment in Luxembourg, in the heart of the Cloche d'Or. Present in 18 countries and known for its "value for money" positioning, the group offers well-designed hotels at affordable prices, designed for both business and leisure travellers.
Located on Rue Gerhard Mercator, the hotel has 150 rooms, with comfortable communal areas: reception, lounge, bar, breakfast room and outdoor terrace. The building, designed by the Luxembourg firm Moreno Architecture & Associés, blends into the district's urban environment with sobriety and elegance.
The building offers a simple, functional setting, designed to suit short or extended stays, while guaranteeing consistent quality of service. Thanks to its clear, accessible positioning, the establishment meets a growing demand for practical accommodation in the south of the capital.
Its central location, just a few minutes from the park, shopping center, streetcar and surrounding offices, makes it ideal for accommodating visitors, whether they be relatives, business partners or customers.
Valerio Duchini, Managing Director of B&B HOTELS Western Europe, believes that "it'shis new opening not only strengthens B&B HOTELS' European footprint, but also reaffirms our mission to offer accessible, quality hotels in strategic locations across Europe."
The arrival of B&B HOTELS completes the Cloche d'Or's ecosystem of services, further enhancing its attractiveness and its ability to host a complete neighborhood experience, where people can live, work, entertain and socialize on a daily basis.
