The district continues to expand with the construction of a new office building, Eosys, on Boulevard Raiffeisen. Developed by Grossfeld, a joint venture between Promobe and Nextensa, the building will eventually offer 12,355 m² of office space over 12 levels, including two basement levels.

Designed by architect Andrew Philips, the project features a façade composed of Y-shaped columns in gold-anodized aluminum, a continuous glazed curtain wall and slender volumes. The first floor will be partially recessed, bringing lightness to the whole.

Inside, the spaces have been designed to offer flexibility and comfort to future users: light-filled floors, collaborative zones, social spaces on each floor, and a top level entirely dedicated to well-being, with a gym, training room, coffee corner and planted terrace.

The building is aiming for BREEAM "Outstanding" environmental certification, one of the most demanding in terms of sustainability.

PwC Luxembourg, already established in the district since 2014, has signed a 15-year lease to occupy 9,488 m² within Eosys.
